1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Evergreen Options ("we", "us", "our"), the creator and operator of the digital platform CATforge (catforge.evergreenoptions.com).

By accessing or using CATforge, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

CATforge is a web-based educational technology and test preparation platform designed for students preparing for the Common Admission Test (CAT) and other MBA entrance examinations (XAT, SNAP, NMAT). Services include:

• Curated Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC), and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR) question banks.
• Timed sectional practice tests with real-time countdown clocks and IIM-standard CBT test interfaces.
• Diagnostic analytics, solution keys, percentile modeling, and an adaptive error log.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access test evaluation features and save results, you must register an account. You agree that:

• You will provide accurate and up-to-date account details.
• Your account is strictly personal and single-user only. You may not share, sell, or rent your account credentials. Simultaneous unauthorized logins from disparate locations may lead to automated temporary suspension.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Subscription Plans, Billing & Taxes

CATforge offers comprehensive paid Pro preparation passes and subscriptions:

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, user interface designs, logos, question explanations, analytical algorithms, and written solutions on CATforge are the intellectual property of Evergreen Options or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content solely for your own preparation.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

CATforge and Evergreen Options provide preparation material designed to simulate MBA entrance exams. CAT is an official trademark of the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). CATforge is an independent preparatory platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any IIM or testing agency.

While we strive for 100% mathematical accuracy and pedagogical rigor, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination of Use

Evergreen Options reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate intellectual property rights, engage in automated bot scraping, or breach these Terms, without prior notice.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the CATforge platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
